Mother Nature must be teasing me
When I want you cold

When I want you warm
You are freezing
When I want to see some rain
The ground parses for moisture
When you are just right

There was snow here in the mountains, last night, N E L SO N. I decided (at 4 am) that it was just very heavy fog that was making the mountains white - until a friend sent a photograph via FB. I guess I should've brought in the plants over night....but who knew?
The ending of this poem caught me by surprise and made me smile. Ha. Thanks for that.
